The Friends of Centennial Hall, (FOCH) will begin work on the next phase of restoration with a Building Conditions Assessment, with recommendations for preservation overseen by Steve Bedard, of Bedard Preservation and Restoration.

This project was funded in part by the N.H. Preservation Alliance, which receives support for its grant program from the N.H. Land and Community Heritage Investment Program (LCHIP), and the Rick and Duffy Monahon Fund of the N.H. Charitable Foundation.

The mission of the Preservation Alliance is to strengthen communities and stimulate local economies by encouraging the protection and revival of historic buildings and places.
Grant funds received from the Fuller Foundation, Inc., the Josephine A. Lamprey Fund of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, as well as the VF Foundation and Lauri and Donna Etela will be applied to this project.

The Friends of Centennial Hall were also gifted $900 from the North Hampton Bridge Club to thank Dave Pepple for his many years of service and dedication to the Clubs operations at his beloved Centennial Hall.

The FOCH would like to thank all the foundations, companies, clubs and individuals who give so generously to help maintain, preserve and restore North Hampton’s 1876 former school house and meeting hall.
